OUR PROCESS

At RiverGum Constructions - a house builder of Melbourne we strive to make the process of building your home as pleasurable and straight forward as possible. Here are a few simple steps to get you into your new home.

• Begin by selecting your new home, then customizing the design to suit your specific requirements and lifestyle.
• Preliminary Testing can now begin on your chosen allotment.
• Once Building Contracts have been signed all the relevant Permits and documentation (Developers™ Approval, Building Permit etc.) can be processed.
• Our qualified Colour Consultant will be on hand to assist you in selecting from our vast range of colour options in our specialized selection room.
• Once your finance has been finalized RiverGum will commence construction of your new home and inform you of an estimated completion date.
• RiverGum completes and hands over your new home on time and as you envisaged it.
• RiverGum provides a 6 month maintenance guarantee on your new home.

Throughout this process our well-trained staff will be readily available to assist you with any queries you may have in a friendly manner.
